Welcome to our development update for the month of May and happy Memorial Day to those of you in the United States (hopefully you are off enjoying the holiday and not actually reading this today). It has been an eventful month with a focus on ensuring a smooth transition from the beta to paid service. While several of the updates revolve around this transition, we have also improved the UI in numerous places and added a new feature to help users find ESG data series that may be relevant to one’s analysis within our Holistic Analysis Tool.

As a reminder of what you get with a Verity subscription (72 hour trial followed by $20/month or $225/year):

  • Access to our one-of-a-kind Holistic Analysis Tool to analyze…
    • Traditional financial data from corporate filings
    • Unique research from NGOs & Stakeholders along with the ability to…
  • Engage with them and issues experts through our Interchange Engagement Tool
    • Ask the questions you need answered to ensure an understanding of research
    • Build coalitions and relationships or initiate collective engagements
    • Provide hard evidence of fiduciary duty with permanent Engagement Records
  • Access to insights from Verity’s AI tool
    • Insights are currently limited to thematic identification of data and documents, however further integration is on the near horizon!

With that out of the way, let’s get started!

✔️New Sign Up Workflow

If you were not part of the beta and have yet to sign-up, then you will be treated to our much-improved registration workflow. It’s a cleaner interface and makes it a lot easier to get into the application and get to work. Existing beta users will simply be prompted to add a form of payment the next time you login. As a reminder, Verity has partnered with Stripe and leverages their payment portal to ensure your payment information is secure (we don’t store any of payment information).

? Dimensions Button

? UI Enhancements…and Logos!

Much of the updated UI relates to subtle changes that make it easier to navigate between and throughout applications, however there is one very visible one that you may have already noticed…logos! The first batch of company logos has been added to company profiles and on Punchcards within our Holistic Analysis Tool. While the logos are a nice visual touch on profiles, they are a wonderful visual cue on our Punchcards and make it that much easier to uncover important insights.
