After much hard work from our team, we are excited to unveil our Live Meeting feature within our engagement tool. Currently, upwards of 250 people can participate in real-time discussions and explore matters that require a forum more involved than what text messaging alone allows for. We’ve also made several other important quality of life updates and bug fixes that are detailed below.

? Live Meetings
This week we are excited to unveil our live meeting feature within our engagement tool. Currently, upwards of 250 people can join the meeting to discuss matters that require a forum that’s more involved than what text messaging alone allows for. There are three primary ways to access live meetings: 1) click the “Join Meeting” icon next to the meeting notification message 2) click the “Meeting” button on the bottom of any collective engagement room or 3) schedule the meeting using the “Events” button. During the call users can utilize the Sidebar to access text comments within the live meeting or in any of their other conversations or engagements.
- Notifications in the chat window of collective engagements when live meetings start and end
